How the Travel Heart browser extension handles your data
Travel Heart does not collect, transmit, sell, or share any personal data. Everything you save is stored locally in your own browser and never leaves your device.
When you click "Add Holiday To Shortlist" in the extension popup, Travel Heart reads the current tab's page title, URL, and preview image (if available). This only happens when you actively click the button — nothing is read automatically or in the background, and no other browsing activity is monitored.
The title, URL, and image of each saved holiday are stored using Chrome's local storage (chrome.storage.local), directly on your device. This data is never sent to any server operated by us or any third party.
Travel Heart does not sell, transfer, or share any user data with third parties. There are no analytics, tracking scripts, or remote code included in the extension.
You can remove any saved holiday at any time from within the extension popup. Uninstalling the extension or clearing your browser's extension storage will permanently delete all saved data.
